Satan Peak, Canada To capture the best light photographers wake at those unimaginable hours where darkness and cold scream at you to return to the tranquility of your sleep. It was 4 am when I slipped out of the relative comfort of my sleeping bag to photograph Satan Peak in Canada's Coast Range. I was rewarded as the sun played on the back of the elongated summit beaming contorted shapes of birds, fish and dragons.
